# Place the CTA in the top half of the page without requiring scroll

**Evidence grade: Observed.** Top SaaS sites in the corpus use it. This counts adoption; it does not prove an effect.

Observed on 5 corpus sites. Page types: homepage, landing, pricing, signup.

## Why it works

Visitors who have decided to act should not have to hunt for the button. Placing the call-to-action above the fold ensures it is immediately visible, reducing friction and the risk that a ready-to-convert visitor will leave before finding it. High contrast and prominent placement further draw attention and prompt action.
